MZ999 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and MZ999 ("the Platform", "we" or "us") governing your access to and use of the MZ999 website at mz999.pro, the MZ999 Android application, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, bingo, and the payments infrastructure.

By completing the registration process, logging into an existing account, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. You also confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below.

These Terms should be read alongside the MZ999 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. If there is any conflict between these Terms and any specific bonus or promotion terms, the specific bonus terms will apply to that particular offer.

02 Eligibility

To register and use MZ999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. MZ999 is strictly for adults. Any person under the age of 18 is prohibited from registering, using the platform, or accepting any promotional offer.
• You must be the person whose details are used during registration. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is not permitted.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of MZ999 or any of its partner companies or game providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one MZ999 account only. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered with different email addresses, phone numbers or payment details by the same individual — are not permitted. Where duplicate accounts are identified, MZ999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or pending withdrawals.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact details and any payment information used for deposits or withdrawals. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. You should not share your password with anyone or allow any other person to access your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you should contact MZ999 support immediately at [email protected].

MZ999 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on MZ999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The available deposit methods and any applicable minimum or maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits are generally credited to your PKR wallet promptly after the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions are typically near-instant, while bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank.

• All funds deposited must come from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are not accepted and will be returned where possible.
• MZ999 does not accept deposits made in any currency other than PKR. Any transactions submitted in another currency will either be declined or converted at the prevailing rate, and the platform is not responsible for any losses arising from currency conversion.
• Deposited funds are held separately in your PKR wallet and are available for use in the game lobby, betting section or bingo immediately upon credit.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your MZ999 account are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. All withdrawals are paid in PKR. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing times for each available method are displayed in the cashier section.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, MZ999 may require you to complete an identity verification process. This is a standard step and is designed to protect both the player and the platform. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid identity document and proof of your payment method.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Any active bonus balance that has not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will not be included in a withdrawal. Only your real money balance and any bonus winnings that have cleared wagering requirements are available for withdrawal.
• MZ999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending verification, particularly where there are concerns about account security or unusual activity.
• Withdrawal requests that cannot be completed due to verification failure may result in the balance being returned to the account wallet, minus any applicable processing costs incurred.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

MZ999 offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions and other incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses on MZ999 unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are held in a separate bonus balance within your account wallet until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager using the bonus funds before any associated winnings become available for withdrawal. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of PKR 30,000 in eligible wagers before those winnings can be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while Live Casino table games, Sports Betting and certain other game types may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The exact contribution rates are detailed in each offer's specific terms.
• Bonuses that have not been used or wagered within the validity period specified in the offer terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account.
• MZ999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus has already been credited and wagering is in progress, players will be given reasonable notice before any material change takes effect.

07 Game Rules & Betting

All casino games available on MZ999 — including Slots, Live Casino tables, Crash games, Bingo, and Mines — are governed by the rules published within each game by the respective game provider. MZ999 displays these games as provided by its partner game studios and does not alter game outcomes or mechanics.

For sports betting, including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports markets, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and will not change regardless of subsequent price movements.
• MZ999 reserves the right to void any bet where there has been a clear pricing error, where the bet was placed after the relevant event has concluded, or where the outcome of an event has been affected by circumstances outside normal sporting conduct.
• Live in-play bets are subject to brief acceptance delays to allow for odds recalculation. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation. Bets that do not receive confirmation are not placed.
• For PSL and other Cricket markets, the rules specific to that format — including how rain interruptions, abandoned matches and DLS method outcomes are settled — are published in the sportsbook rules section of the platform.
• The minimum and maximum stake amounts for individual bets vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. MZ999 reserves the right to apply individual betting limits to accounts at its discretion.

08 Responsible Gaming

MZ999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools that allow players to manage their own gaming activity, including deposit limits and self-exclusion options. These tools are available through the account settings section and through the MZ999 support team.

• Deposit limits: You can set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap on your account. Once a limit is in place, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you can request a self-exclusion period. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or use any part of the platform.
• Session awareness: We encourage all players to be aware of the time and money they spend on the platform. Set a budget before each session and treat it as your entertainment spend for that session, not as a recovery target.

09 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your MZ999 account. This includes keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with any other person. MZ999 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify MZ999 immediately by contacting support. We recommend changing your password immediately if you suspect any compromise. MZ999 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has shared login details or failed to take reasonable steps to secure their account.

• Use a strong, unique password for your MZ999 account that you do not use on any other service.
• Do not access your MZ999 account from public or shared devices without logging out fully after each session.
• Be cautious of phishing attempts — MZ999 communications will only come from official mz999.pro email addresses.

10 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on MZ999. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, voiding of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud or other financial crime.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors or use automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in Live Casino games or any multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing the bonus system through multiple account claims, hedging strategies or other forms of exploitation.
• Using payment methods registered in another person's name for deposits or withdrawals.
• Charging back a deposit through your bank or payment provider after using the funds on the platform. Chargebacks are treated as attempted fraud and will result in account closure and recovery action.

11 Platform Availability

MZ999 aims to keep the platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service disruptions or circumstances beyond MZ999's control may occasionally result in the platform being temporarily unavailable.

MZ999 will make reasonable efforts to notify players in advance of any planned maintenance that will affect platform availability. During any period of unavailability, bets that have already been confirmed and are in-play at the time will be settled according to the available data once the platform is restored. MZ999 is not liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability outside of its direct control.

12 Limitation of Liability

MZ999 provides the platform on an "as is" basis for entertainment purposes. To the maximum extent permitted, MZ999 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses from game outcomes, betting results, technical interruptions or errors in displayed odds or game information.

MZ999's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Changes to These Terms

MZ999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. For material changes, MZ999 will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via the contact details registered on their account.

Your continued use of the platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support.
